About Jennifer

I’m Jennifer Kramer, founder of The Redefined Process. I am an artist, art therapist, single mom, and trauma survivor. Over the past several years, I have used art techniques to begin redefining my identity after narcissistic abuse. And I’m here to help you do the same!

I have more than 10 years of experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings with clients of all ages and backgrounds. But now my mission is to share what I’ve learned in my own recovery so there are no more women stuck in the same overwhelming cycle of anxiety and shame.

You can also Follow me on Instagram to watch my personal artistic journey, as I continue to practice the same art techniques that I teach in my online program The Redefined Process.
